Sourcing
Pink Himalayan salt
Rock-mined in the Khewra region of Pakistan. Food-grade. Cleaned, graded, and quality-controlled by our long-standing salt partner in Latvia before blending.
Spice blend
The 5% spice blend came out of years of methodical research into how Ayurveda balances food across all five tastes. Spices are sourced from quality-graded suppliers; the recipe specifies chili, fenugreek, mango powder, mustard, asafoetida (with wheat flour as carrier), and sesame in exact, tested proportions.

The blend is mixed in Latvia, then stick-pack-filled in the Netherlands at our co-packing facility, which operates under FSSC 22000 food-safety certification.
